HEAD CHEF

We are currently seeking a HEAD CHEF to head up our kitchen. To help create, prepare, cook and take forward our menu of home-made wholesome freshly prepared dishes. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable person to run and strengthen our kitchen operation and continue the strong growth in our food trade.

A genuine love of food, attention to detail, and experience for the role would be vital and pay would be £17-20k per annum depending on experience. Kitchen management is a vital part of the job, maintaining GP percentages, wage budgets and health and safety legislation.

MANAGEMENT

You won’t necessarily need pub management experience but an outgoing personality, and bags of enthusiasm is a must. You’ll have plenty of autonomy so initiative and some experience of people management would be an advantage. You won’t be on your own, you’ll have the support from us as and when its called on. Our people are what drives our success!

KITCHEN

If your talent and passion lies in the kitchen, then no matter what your level of experience, we are always looking for people to join our kitchen teams.  We are always willing to recognise people’s potential and provide as much or as little training as you want.

FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF (bar & waiting-on)

Previous experience is not a must as we offer plenty of training, but if you’ve been front of house before that’s definitely a bonus.  An outgoing personality is a must and great people skills are essential to look after each and every customer. With an eye for detail, a will to work hard and go that extra mile you’ll fit right in!

CLEANERS AND HOUSE KEEPERS

We have a team of cleaners and house keepers who keep our high standards of cleanliness and tidiness throughout our pubs and hotels. From time to time we need a replacement or extra member for that team.  Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given.
